Chop and cut vegetables and fish.3. Unload shipments of food and other supplies to be used in the kitchen.4. Remove trash and clean the kitchen area.5. Sweep and mop floors, and perform other duties to assists cook and kitchen staff. Knowledge and Skills:6. Ability to use your initiative and work in a team.7. Ability to follow instructions8. Ability to carry out tasks quickly and competently9. Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.10. Knowledge of kitchen safety requirements. Education and Experience Requirements:1. Education: Completion of secondary school is required 2.
