Job Description Please note that this is a 12 month contract position The Qlikview Administrator will support applications built with Qlikview and will evolve to other business intelligence tools within a newly built AWS environment. This includes support and administration of these tools, as well as end-user experience, support, documentation, and training. Responsibilities: Collaborates closely with desktop support, security, infrastructure, and other technology teams to ensure tasks are completed effectively and efficiently. Utilizes Service Now (our ticketing system) to resolve technical issues submitted. Continuously updates/documents tickets. Provides direct problem resolution/help desk support to corporate office and remote user systems for tickets/issues related to any Qlikview service. Performs remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions. Works with third-party vendors to offer support for hardware in the field. Provides " white glove” service of the highest level to senior executives in a timely fashion. Identifies and suggests possible improvements on procedures. Documents changes made using the IT Change Process. Promotes teamwork and collaboration. Identifies opportunities to assist other team members with their book of work.
