Technical Support Engineer - 12 month initial contract - Hybrid working - Working for leading Software Company - Urgent Hire Con Sol Partners are collaborating with a leading Tech company based in Staines, Surrey. They are looking for Senior Technical Support Engineers responsible for resolving technical cases created by customers looking for help to understand or troubleshoot unexpected behaviours or to answer technical questions about their software and platform. To be successful you must have: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues while keeping a professional demeanour Ability to work well in a team environment Strong personal commitment to quality and customer service Excellent verbal and written communication skills Skills: Over 4 years experience in customer facing Technical Support experience. Working experience with Java/Java Script. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and communicate these to customers. Able to contribute as part of a high performing team, while still being able to work independently. Personal commitment to quality and customer service.
