Claims Handler Following 6 month probation period, hybrid home working available (80% home/20% office) Great opportunity to develop your career within a professional Claims team in an organisation that dominates in positive Customer Experience Operating hours are Monday – Friday, 8am-6pm with no weekend work About The Role As a Claims Handler you’ll investigate, backss and evaluate claims applying criteria to prevent loss and fraud to deliver good outcomes and first class customer service. You’ll compile, process and record information relating to potential new claims, liaising with NFU Mutual Agents, policy holders and third parties to ensure the facts of the claims are established in line with our policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering an excellent level of customer service as well as building a career within an award Financial Services organisation. About You You’ll have a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service. Whether you’re starting your career in insurance or want to take your next step within the industry. Communication is a really important part of your role here and so it's important that you are able to demonstrate a natural ability when it comes to building rapport with customers. To join our team, you’ll also have: Previous experience working within a Customer Service role A positive attitude and strong work ethic The desire to build rapport with customers A proactive mindset to find the best solutions for customers Any insurance experience would be welcomed but isn’t essential as we’ll provide excellent training and ongoing support.
