They are seeking a Lead Plant Equipment Supervisor to join their team. The Role: You will oversee the preparation, repairs, and scheduled maintenance of mechanical plant equipment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and optimising efficiency. Drive plant enhancements, execute repairs, and supervise capable personnel for tasks and equipment operations. Preferably, candidates should have their base in Lancashire, Merseyside, or Manchester, considering the location of their plant depot in Burscough. Responsibilities: Lead and manage plant repairs, maintenance, and improvements. Implement design modifications and thorough testing. Maintain up-to-date paperwork and documentation. Ensure all tasks and equipment operation are risk backssed and supervised by competent personnel. Requirements: 15+ years experience maintaining construction plants and equipment.
