Location: 3605 29 Street NE suite 300 Calgary, AB T1Y 5W4Salary: 25.64 to 27.00 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per Week Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time, Day, Flexible Hours, Weekend Start date: Starts as soon as possible Overview Languages: English Education: College/CEGEP Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Responsibilities: Establish work schedules and procedures Maintain work records and logs Perform general office duties Compile worksheets and specifications of orders Prepare and maintain progress and other reports Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies Communicate with ships, aircraft and other remote operations Follow-up on issues with work orders Knowledge of cross border dispatching regulations and practices Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization Receive requests for emergency assistance or service Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel MS Power Point MS Word MS Windows How to apply By email: xyz X@.
