Ability to communicate in English is required. Job description: Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion the food. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies. Ensure food service and quality control. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Prepare and submit reports daily. Prepare food order summaries for the Sandwich artist. Supervise and check assembly of trays. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Address customers' complaints or concerns.
