The Role Dealing with day to day general company accounts queries via telephone and email Preparing VAT returns and company accounts Providing customers with advice relating to Accounting and Tax Dealing with HMRC and Companies House Producing internal and customer reports Responsible for all associated administration The Person The role would suit a candidate that is studying towards their higher level of AAT and would like to gain more experience in an Accountancy based role. We will also consider applications from candidates who are qualified by experience. Applicants must have excellent PC skills and be competent in the use of Excel. We are looking for a candidate that is meticulous with their work and has a keen eye for details. Previous customer service experience is essential, the successful candidate will be dealing with customers via various forms of communication, so excellent customer service skills are also a must!
