Highly acquisitive, PE-backed and global market-leading business requires an assistant company secretary for highly varied role based in Sheffield with hybrid working offered. Reporting into the CFO, this is an integral role acting as Company secretary for all UK group entities as well as ensuring the overseas Australia, Hong Kong, UAE, US, India and growing entity governance is up to date and complete - via management of outsourced overseas company secretarial providers. You’ll take responsibility for the management of various licences to trade etc. and their renewals, support Senior Management Team members with governance, ad-hoc commercial and legal matters and take an active role in post-integration matters following M&A activity. Other duties will involve coordinating governance policies development, trademark management and annual insurance renewal process project management and coordination. This is a post that requires previous UK experience and Co Sec qualifications are welcome but not essential.
