SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director of Global Customer Supply Chain, the Global Order to Cash Manager is a new role at Mc Cain with the critical responsibility to frame and lead the order to cash transformation globally. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement by defining process, technical and organizational design framework for best-in-class customer service. The Global Order to Cash Manager will partner with and influence regional Supply Chain and functional leaders to shape and own the Order to Cash best practice execution consistently across all regions. This role will establish and lead the Order to Cash Centre of Excellence to provide expertise and guidance for global standards in the functional area.
