As a Transitional Case Manager, you’ll also focus on assisting clients with connecting to their community and teaching life skills to help them to achieve their recovery goals. WHAT WE'RE OFFERING: What you'll be making $22.33 - $25.71 per hour (Practicing Professional Grid) The above are initial rates; with grid increases as per policy Internal staff members will be placed on the appropriate grid based on their current rate of pay, up to Level 8 of the grid (See Intranet Policy - http: //bit. ly/Compensation Policy Pg16 ) When you'll work - 70 hours over two-week period; Rotating schedule which will include day, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts. What your benefits will be - After a 90-day waiting period, will enrolled in extended healthcare benefits Your pension plan –– Immediately enrolled in Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) PSLRTA Notice - This posting characterizes this position as currently non-union.
