Together the People & Culture, Marketing & Communications, IT, Operations, Finance and Quality & Risk Management teams make it their mission to ensure Mazars has the right tools, technology, strategies and services in place to deliver exceptional client service and future-proof our growing business. About the role As part of our high performing in-house legal team you'll provide the firm with commercial, legal and risk management advice and support through the lifecycle of a client engagement Reviewing, drafting and negotiating all commercial contracts with clients and suppliers including engagement letters, master services agreements, NDAs, hold harmless letters Support on other legal and risk management initiatives including through building eminence, creating and delivering training to the business, enhancing existing processes and updating contract templates as well as supporting junior members of the team What are we looking for? Qualified solicitor with post qualification experience Ability to demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge Strong communication skills are required together with the ability to work under time pressure and to deadlines About Mazars Mazars is a leading international professional services firm.
