Job descritpion: Product Development: Supporting the Overseeing of the Test Kitchen Overseeing cleaning, maintenance, and organizing the test kitchen area Organizing shopping for products and ingredients as needed Responsible for successfully managing kitchen health inspections Support all preparation for Product Development Team for sensory group sessions as well as all other product evaluations Work directly with product developers on innovative product concepts Assisting in recipe development, recipe writing, recipe editing; product preparation instructions and in Sensory Evaluation Training Programs.
