Introduction: As a Territory Manager you will be responsible for growing our internal brands by managing sales and community engagement activities within your assigned territory. This is an exciting fast paced Sales opportunity for the right self-starter who can build customer relationships, sell in a fact-based manor, is data and category driven, and can engage and influence the community. This role will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and will be integral in the growth of our internal brands. Company Motif Labs is a licensed cannabis extraction facility located in SW Ontario and the largest privately owned cannabis company in Canada with the #1 market share in the vape segment. We are the creator of brands such as BOXHOT, DEBUNK, Boondocks, and Floresense that are deeply connected to the diverse and evolving needs of today's consumer market. We also operate as a business-to-business enterprise, offering toll processing and contract manufacturing services to Licensed Producers (LP’s) and 3rd party brands. As Motif continues to grow, we are seeking talented and driven individuals to join our team. Position Overview · Manage all accounts within the assigned territory and establish Motif as a first-choice partner with retail customers· Create strategic territory coverage plans utilizing distribution reports and effectively plan on a daily, weekly, and monthly/quarterly basis to achieve quota and distribution objectives· Accountable for establishing and delivering against set KPI’s for distribution, marketing initiatives, call cadence, and budgets· Create brand awareness and drive community engagement within the assigned territory, through “pop-up’s”, attending cannabis events, store grand openings, etc. · Seek opportunities to increase brand exposure and new distribution opportunities· Execute.
