Permanent – 37.5 Hours per week We have a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking and committed Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our team within Lovell’s North East region, based at our Sunderland office. Joining our Customer Service team, you will manage and deliver post contract services to our clients and purchasers, continually improving our customer journey and enhancing our customer satisfaction results. Maximising standards for property handover, you will liaise with site teams where necessary, providing feedback to our Customer Service Manager on any recurring problems. You will carry out post completion inspections, liaising with site teams where necessary to ensure effective resolution of defects. Candidates will have comprehensive knowledge of construction and the ability to problem-solve defects, ideally having experience within a similar role. With good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, you’ll exhibit high service standards to meet customer expectations.
