We are looking for a Trainee Account Handler to join their small friendly team. You will work in a supported learning environment to develop the skills and knowledge required to undertake the role of a Commercial Account Handler. A fantastic opportunity to work for an established business and develop a career within the Insurance sector. Responsibilities: Trainee Account Handler Under supervision of a Commercial Account Exec respond to enquiries from clients, prospective clients, and underwriters in a professional manner. Under supervision of a Commercial Account Exec obtain quotes for both new and existing SME clients and manage the New Business/Renewal process. Ensure that all commercial customers are treated fairly in line with the company and TCF policy and the FCA guidelines. Actively participate in your own development under the supervision of your line manager Ensure both manual and electronic files are kept up to date. Skills / Experience: Trainee Account Handler The ability to meet strict deadlines. The ability to communicate confidently and professionally with both insurers and customers. Ability to work under pressure in a calm and professional manner. Competent user of Microsoft Office Response Personnel, an independently owned company and experts in recruitment since 1997.
