About the Role Due to significant growth, we are recruiting outstanding individuals to join our existing who make and receive calls in our Leicester office. You will be office-based and we'll provide you with full training to ensure you've got all the tools for success. After completing our comprehensive training programme, you will be able to: Book and reschedule customers appointments via telephone and deal with Customer queries Contact customers regarding their appointments Take ownership of each and every call to maximise opportunity whilst maintaining a positive customer experience Update databases with customer details Meet or exceed monthly call and quality performance goals About You This position is open to all!
