The successful candidate will initiate and lead New Product Development projects at De Puy Synthes, Blackpool within the strategic development program of the De Puy Synthes Biologics and Biomaterials franchise. Upon successful demonstration of technical and commercial feasibility, they will lead transfer to the product development phase and achieve successful delivery. The successful candidate will need to acquire a high level of technical knowledge related to the Company's product range including scientific attributes, clinical applications and the competitive landscape. They will manage internal and external NPD activities as well as coordinating other business functions' input into successful project delivery, including managing external contacts contributing to the projects. .
