Location: Milton Keynes Contract Type: Full Time/Permanent Hours: Mon-Fri 08:30-17:30 (although flexibility required to attend events on weekends/bank holidays)Starting Salary: Competitive Benefits: Up to 6% Annual Bonus, Company Pension Scheme, Company Sick Pay and Income Protection, Westfield Health Plan, Holiday (increasing with service)The Role The successful candidate will work directly with the Marketing Manager and the UK/International Marketing teams, and work closely with the Sales team to plan, execute, and market a diverse range of events for B2B/B2C. You will also be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns to promote our products and enhancing the brand through partnerships. Your role will require you to assist in the creation and implementation of appropriate marketing strategies while supporting an exciting range of brand marketing initiatives. More about the Role: Event Marketing: Plan and oversee brand events across the year to support the business objectives. Research and plan relevant Partnerships/Sponsorships that align with the company values. Maintain close contact with Partners and Local Charities to arrange events, product donations and/or any communications to support. Communicate upcoming initiatives and events internally on-site. Organise teams, activities/games, equipment, stands, product samples and any formal documentation needed for shows. Marketing skills: Contribute towards product strategies and follow the company's objectives. Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information. Manage the end-to-end campaign process, from planning to execution and analysis. Develop brand initiatives and campaign ideas that will appeal to our target audience. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies and tactics to ensure optimal results. Follow industry trends, market research, and competitor activities to inform marketing.
