Job Title: Application Support Specialist Location : Sittingbourne, Kent ME9 Contract type: Temporary - 6 months Start date: ASAPJob Purpose As an Application Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and efficiency of our clients' IT environments. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong background in infrastructure and application authentication. Your responsibilities will include providing 2nd and 3rd line support with a focus on applications, leveraging your knowledge of on-premise and cloud identity solutions, particularly Azure AD, Active Directory, and ADDS. Additionally, experience with mergers and divestments will be a significant advantage in this role. Key Responsibilities: Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for applications, ensuring swift issue resolution and minimising downtime. Utilise your strong knowledge of infrastructure and application authentication to maintain secure and efficient systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft enterprise applications within Azure environments. Assist in the planning and execution of mergers and divestments, leveraging your expertise to ensure a smooth transition of IT assets. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to proactively identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of infrastructure/application authentication.
