Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel/restaurant/bakery environment Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Hand-eye co-ordination, Ability to distinguish between colours, Standing for extended periods, Attention to detail, Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, ability handle weight up to 23kg. Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, Reliability, Excellent written communication, Client focus, Team player Job duties and Responsibilities: Bake breads, bagels, rolls and sweet goods, and decorate as necessary. Prepare baked products as per special customer orders. Bake mixed dough and batters. Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards Operate Machinery and clean machinery and workstation after daily use. Keep records of the inventory.
