The workload will be comprised of matters including, but not limited to, clients with mental health issues, learning difficulties and the elderly or from Charities and Local Authorities. These cases in particular typically involve higher asset levels making it complex and varied work. There is the opportunity for the appointed candidate to head up their own sub: team within the department therefore experience in managing and supervising others would be an advantage. THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Legal Executives who have in excess of 12 months' experience handling their own caseload of Court of Protection matters. This firm is interested to hear from passionate and empathetic individuals who are eager to learn and progress within an established team.
