Someone that “gets” small, scrappy, startups and investment-backed business, relishes the challenge and is excited about the opportunity of taking full ownership of a product. We want someone who is excited about the opportunity of taking full ownership of a product, building it out over the next three years and reporting directly to the CEO and Board. The successful person will get 10-years experience in 3-years and will prefer the environment of a SME business over a corporate. Any recruitment sector experience would be a bonus. You will be working closely with the leadership and customer teams, leading the product development process from ideation through customer research to launch, while ensuring the company's products meet the needs of their users.
