Job Role and Summary: We are looking for a passionate, reliable individual to join the team as the Sous Chef. You will be leading the team and assisting the Head Chef to deliver outstanding back to back services aimed to ensure every guests experience is meaningful and enjoyable. Roles and Responsibilities: Assist with the management of the day-to-day operations of the kitchen to achieve the monthly budgets and product quality. Ensure current knowledge for all dietary and allergen requirements. Ensure full implementation of the company brand standards achieving 80% brand standards audit score. Take responsibility for running of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef. Assist to train and develop all kitchen team using the HH Academy offered by our partners. Maintain a high presence within the kitchen and events when required. Ensure GP and brand standards within the kitchen is maintained at all times. Ensure marketing materials are on brand at all times as per the company CI manuals. Maintain high standards of Health and Safety and food hygiene at all times. Attend all scheduled shifts on time and as per the company's employee handbook. Foster a positive working environment within the company. Deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
