Lead Night Support Worker Andover, West Hampshire Permanent, Part time (15.75 hpw) Pay £11.51 per hour (£22,500 pa pro rata), + £50 per sleep in and great benefits including health cash plan! This role is all about covering our anti-social hours, sleeping in, then heading off at 10am to enjoy the rest of your day! And as it’s only a Wednesday and Saturday overnight each week the rest of the week is yours! As our Lead Support Worker, you’ll be at the heart of supporting our customers who have complex mental health needs to develop their skills to live more independently in the community. You’ll be there in the evening to provide support around evening routines and then overnight in case there’s an emergency. You’ll make a big difference as you help our customers achieve their hopes and aspirations. Amazing we know! Typical shift as a Lead Support Worker (known by us as Coordinator) Creating support plans with your customers. Helping customers with daily living activities such as making meals, shopping, budgeting, maintaining their tenancy and moving onto independent accommodation if they are able. Carrying out risk backssments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews. Cuppas, chats and catch ups. There’s no rushing from one customer to the next here! Plenty of time to collaborate with colleagues too. Sleep in shift to be the first point of call if there’s an emergency.
