Can you work under pressure and manage challenging situations? If this sounds like you then we may have your perfect opportunity We're looking for an experienced Project Worker with a passion for supporting people with learning disabilitiesto live as independently as possible, someone who values kindness and patience and who treats others with dignity and respect, to join our established team at Compton Road and be part of something rewarding. Compton Road has five single occupancy bedrooms in a shared house. We provide registered personal care and support for adults aged 18 and above, with a range of learning disabilities, supporting them to live as independently as possible. We value our team and encourage learning and progression through our comprehensive induction programme, as well as on: going training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression. Sanctuary has their own Learning and Development Academy, who provide a wide range of training courses, open to all.
