Youll oversee seamless service operations and contribute to expanding the client base. Collaborate with the office team to ensure efficient day: to: day functioning and client: focused growth. Responsibilities: Ensure high: quality, personalised care delivery. Supervise and manage schedules for comprehensive coverage. Cultivate relationships with community entities and stakeholders. Monitor and maintain support packages, taking corrective actions when needed. Champion clients well: being, preferences, and choices. Support efficient service operations and staff supervision. Requirements: Previous experience working in a similar role RQF Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social or working towards it. Experienced with CRM systems.
