JOB: Family Law Fee Earner LOCATION: Birmingham Responsibilities-Manage a caseload of public/private cases-Attend court hearings, draft legal documents, and conduct legal research-Provide clients with legal advice and guidance-Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients-Meet billing and performance targets-Stay current with changes in family law and participate in relevant training and development activities The Candidate-Extensive experience in Financial planning is essential -Possess a minimum of 12 months experience practising family law-Demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills-Exhibit strong attention to detail and time-management abilities-Work well independently and as part of a team-Have a thorough understanding of relevant legislation and case law-Willingness to keep up-to-date with changes in family law-Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
