Service Care Legal are working closely with a Local authority based in the Greater Manchester area. The role is for a Senior Childcare lawyer, they are offering the Childcare lawyer to be fully remote and no advocacy. ROLE: Senior Childcare Lawyer LOCATION: Greater Manchester CONTRACT: 4 month on going position SALARY: £45- £55ph Benefit-Flexi hours Fully remote No advocacy The Role- Advice children services on specific matters/case studies, legal issues, evaluating evidence and advise on the most appropriate actions in relation to child protection. Brief council inflicting child protection meetings and statutory reviews and in relation to care plans for children in care. Handle own Caseload from start to completion mixture of child protection & children care matters. Person- Qualified solicitors, barristers or fellows of CILEXExtensive and Strong Technical knowledge within the field of Childrens law or child protection matters.
