Being a Head of European Sales at i Manage Means… You will lead our European Sales Team to achieve revenue targets, grow our customer base and expand our partner network. Your customer segments will include Large, Mid-Market and small Law Firms, Corporate Legal Departments, and Accounting and Financial Services Firms. In partnership with your team, you will help our customers embrace solutions that Make Knowledge Work, and guide them to achieve their business outcomes. You are a passionate sales leader with extensive experience leading a sales team for a global Saa S company. You have a demonstrated background mentoring, coaching, and developing salespeople to successfully hit annual targets. You are curious and data focused, and you can manage the sales team by asking the right questions, identifying where help is needed and collaborating with other functional leaders to remove obstacles, direct resources and drive predictable revenue outcomes. You have contributed to defining a growth-oriented go to market strategy via a direct sales model and channel partner ecosystem and you have collaborated with other functional leaders to achieve business outcomes. You are familiar with the intricacies of selling cloud technology and are comfortable speaking to the operational and business considerations of moving from an on-premise product to a Saa S model.
