Position Title: Security Guard Location: Rocky Point CFAD (DND Site) Position Status: Union (PSAC) Reports to: Shift Supervisor Hours of Work: Various shifts (evenings and overnights) Wage: $17.65/hr (includes 2.5% RRSP Cash) plus an additional $15 per shift travel allowance Job Responsibilities Provide access control, ID checks and regular security foot patrols. Proactively respond to and resolve emergency situations and conflicts. Complete evacuation and emergency response procedures. Communicate problems or concerns to the site supervisor. Possess excellent multi-tasking, problem solving, prioritizing and organizational abilities. Have knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
