Our Chelmsford Homelessness Supported Housing provide support for adults aged 18 to 65, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Our service comprises of 26 bedrooms in shared houses, spread across two locations in Chelmsford. Our team of Project Workers work closely with our customers to understand their needs, create personalised plans and support them to achieve their ambitions and maximise their independence. We value our team, encouraging learning and development and supporting each other. We provide a comprehensive induction programme as well as on: going training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression.
