Part Time Learning Disability Project Worker Oak Lodge, Attleborough, Norfolk GBP 11.52 22.5 hours per week including some sleep ins We have an exciting opportunity to work as part of a new exciting Learning Disability Service Do you want a role where no two days are the same and you would be making a real impact to the lives of our clients? If this sounds like you then we may have your perfect career We are thrilled to extend an invitation for you for this position at Oak Lodge in Attleborough. We have 8 bedrooms and 4 self contained flats which provide our clients with an amazing home. The aim of our service is enablement : to ensure clients achieve their goals and aspirations through the support and encouragement of our team, focusing on delivering excellent quality. A successful outcome is achieved when our customers can move on to suitable long: term accommodation. We are looking to recruit a passionate and dedicated colleague to join our team of Project Workers to assist the Local Service Manager to deliver person centred support enablingour clients to have every opportunity to develop/enhance daily living skills, on their journey towards independence. Project Workers may be required to work a " sleep in" shift, there is a 6 week rolling rota which will be evenly distributed within the team. Sleep over rate will be applied in addition to rota'd hours. We provide a comprehensive induction programme as well as on: going training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression.
