Role: Highways Legal Assistant Location: Derbyshire, hybrid or remote working Rate: £16-£22ph umbrella Contract Length: 4 months ongoing The duties of a Highways Legal Assistant: Handle your own caseload of s278 and s38 Highways act agreements Develop and maintain knowledge of Highways Law Act on behalf of the customers in legal proceedings and to attend and advise at meetings both internally and externally The Person: Someone with an LLB/LLM and ideally an LPCSomeone who can handle their own caseload of s278 and s38 Highways Act agreements and has ideally worked for a Local Authority Someone with an awareness of statutory and governance frameworks relating to Local Authorities with particular focus on Highways agreements Benefits of being a Highways Legal Assistant: Flexible hours Weekly pay Hybrid working If this Highways Legal Assistant vacancy seems of interest to you or someone you know, then don't hesitate to get in touch with Hugh Barnes via email, , or via phone at 0177xyzxyz.
