Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icing and frosting according to recipes or special customer orders2. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.3. Bake mixed dough and batters.4. Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.5. Prepare special orders.6. Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.7. Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods8. Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards9. Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods10. Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerance.
