Corporate Associate 3+ PQE : Home: Based : No Following Required We are looking for a technically strong corporate lawyer who would like to work with our client which is an established next generation law firm. They offer fully remote working and an enviable client base. You may be seeking a far more flexible lifestyle without any of the pressure of office politics, unrealistic billing targets or presenteeism. Our client is a full: service corporate and commercial firm whose professional culture is complemented by a strong sense of community and a real desire that all of the team should be able to enjoy what they do. They are seeking an individual who will develop and grow with them and their team of partners and senior associates will support you in doing so. We would expect successful candidates to have excellent academic and work credentials and at least 3 years PQE. Equally importantly, you will need to be a good fit with the team; so as well as being charismatic and personable, you will also be highly motivated, client focused and will have a demonstrably commercial approach with plenty of initiative. You will be expected to deal with a broad range of work including mid: market M and A and commercial contract advice. All lawyers work from home and are supported by the technology and resources they need to provide an excellent service. Our client is collegiate in the way it manages its business and aims to put everyone in a position not only to achieve a great deal of job satisfaction, but also to really enjoy their work. While this is a full: time role, flexibility in working hours is available. Just to reiterate, we dont need you to bring any clients with you : you will be provided with interesting and challenging work.
