Apply today and join us for a life: changing career The Position As Events Coordinator, you will be part of the Event Operations team who work cross functionally across the UK business to provide logistical planning and support for the delivery of medium to large scale internal and external events. In this role, you will be supporting the Event Project leads in the planning and delivery of planned activity including budget planning and stakeholder liaison. Your main tasks will be: : Support in the planning and coordination of our internal and external event programme: Support Project Managers with budgeting and reconciliation of budgets including purchase orders, contracts and transfer of value reporting: Become a Super User of our Meeting Management tool, working within the system and supporting other users: Liaison with multiple internal stakeholders and suppliers from an early stage in the planning process. Ensuring systems and documentation are always up to date and ready for inspection. As Events Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to provide onsite support at Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events as well as learning what is involved in planning and executing a full end to end event. In addition to working in a true cross functional team in supporting the business achieve its event commitments, you will also gain valuable insights into how Finance and Operations provides value to our organisation. .
