Job Role: As we gear up to accelerate our growth, were actively seeking a Head of Sales who isnt just experienced, but is also fervently dedicated to customer success and service excellence. This role is pivotal to our strategic objectives and reports directly to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: Account Growth: Lead an established sales team to deepen relationships within our existing accounts, with a focus on upselling and cross: selling to expand our revenue streams. Implement strategies for account retention and organic growth. New Business Development: Oversee a dedicated new business team whose mission is to identify, cultivate, and onboard new clients. Set ambitious targets and create a roadmap for market penetration. Team Leadership and Development: Hire, train, and mentor a high: performing sales force capable of exceeding revenue goals, while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Customer: Centric Focus: Be the advocate for customer satisfaction within the organisation. Ensure all sales activities are aligned with our commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with other department heads to align sales strategies with broader organisational objectives.
