Manages the day: to: day business policies, processes and procedures and build our position within 'Best in Class' Business Management Processes, helping to continue the development of a strong safety culture and delivering " Zero Harm" A forward: thinking, preventative approach with a 'Can Do' attitude will be critical to deliver what is required here. Ensures safe working practices are followed daily and compliance is maintained to the highest standard through the implementation and proper use of EHS systems and practices. Takes an active and visible role within the Plant, engaging with all Plant Team members to ensure Health, Safety, Environmental and legal requirements are maintained during all stages of the manufacturing process and successful operation of the Plant.
