They prioritise personalised care, focusing on individuals needs to create a comforting environment. The Role: They are looking for a Director of Clinical Services to join their Executive Leadership Team and steer hospice care towards greater heights. In this pivotal role, youll lead transformative change and impact families positively.. Responsibilities: Drive the clinical strategy in alignment with overall goals Elevate clinical services standards through visionary leadership Manage the clinical budget and ensure financial targets are met Foster external relationships and represent the hospice Pioneer innovative care approaches based on research and audits Lead community-based service development Assume the role of Registered Manager for hospice services Requirements: Previous experience in senior healthcare management such as Director of Clinical Services, Head of Clinical Services or in a similar role Track record of change management & strategic planning Relevant nursing or healthcare qualification Minimum degree level education in relevant field Proficiency in staff development and team leadership Aptitude for professional networking with senior leaders Profound grasp of clinical governance and information governance In-depth insight into healthcare policy context IT proficiency Valid driving license Benefits: 32 days' annual leave plus bank holidays Enhanced Maternity, Paternity, Adoption, and Shared Parental Leave pay 3x annual salary Death in service insurance cover Free onsite parking Health Services Discounts Christmas savings club access This is your chance to impact lives.
