About the Role: As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be working alongside Crawley Council in our Social housing background, providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community. An Assistant Site Manager within our Crawley branch you will be working part of a local team supporting high standard Site Management activities for Planned Works Programmes to Housing properties, delivering best in class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards. Assist on management of the day to day operational delivery of planned work/s contract and all associated staff and ensuring contractual KPI’s targets are achieved and maintained. Support the management and monitoring of work programme progression and completion via ongoing site visits to ensure works are adequately resourced, being effectively delivered to set quality standard and completed on time and within budget. Ensure regular communication with line manager on site progress, advising of issues which may impact / change the contract programme and record as per company standard operating procedure. Assist on management of sub-contractors, ensuring compliance and adherence to H&S regulations, Mears standard operating procedures & values, quality assurance accreditations, CDM and the company’s commitment to best practice with legislation, codes of & good working practices relevant to all work activities.
