Main responsibilities of the Graduate Quantity Surveyor include: Preparing and pricing tenders ready to send with commercial manager’s approval. Preparing subcontractor bid packages and contracts. Showing creativity and resourcefulness to gain better pricing from subcontractors. Having a thorough understanding of the scope for specific trades assigned.
