ALS People are currently recruiting for Class 2 LGV Drivers in the Dunstable area to work for one of the largest companies in the Waste Industry. (LU6)The successful candidate must be able to work responsibly, safely and in a timely manner. Duties will include working as part of a team driving the heavy goods vehicle and loading refuse therefore flexibility is crucial. Full training and induction will be given. Duties: Driving a Class 2 refuse vehicle You will also be required to assist with the loading Working with a crew of refuse loaders Customer Service - Public Facing Requirements: Class 2 driving experience is essential Must hold a valid CPC certificate Must have a digital tachograph card Previous experience of the waste industry and of waste collection is preferred but not essential as training will be given. Benefits Weekly pay - You get paid every Friday Long term position - Temp to Perm with an Internationally recognised company Pay: £15.47 per hour overtime after 45 hours £23.21 per hour Bank Holiday £30.94 per hour BBSE.
