Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Pasta Chef, Pizza Chef, Pizzaiolo, Line Chef, CDP, Chef, Catering, Hotel Chef de Partie / Sous Chef Pasta Location: Helensburgh, Argyll and Bute Salary: £13 - £15 per hour DOE - paid monthly + tips Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, work 4/5 days out of 7 Accommodation available if required The Client: Our client is a well-established Italian restaurant known for their artisanal pizza-making and use the finest Italian ingredients. They are seeking an experienced Chef to join their family-friendly team Requirements: Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef or in a similar role. Proficiency in pasta cooking and experience in pizza cooking advantageous. Capability to handle high-volume orders. Willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong culinary skills and creativity. Flexibility to work varied shifts. Responsibilities: Contribute to the creation of Italian dishes, with a focus on pasta and pizza. Maintain high-quality standards in food preparation and presentation. Handle high volume cooking with efficiency. Collaborate with a team of chefs and kitchen porters.
