HEAD CHEF – NEW CAFÉ CONCEPT OPENING, RIYADHWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team and manage our bustling kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in upscale hotels or similarly fast-paced culinary environments. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, from menu creation and food preparation to staff management and maintaining exceptional quality standards. Must have: Previous experience in running busy kitchen with high number of orders and broad menu Previous experience managing multiple kitchen sections including but not limited to salads, sandwiches, cakes and desserts Preferably has experience in producing prepackaged food Preferably worked in Food Retail Store or Gourmet Café environment Preferably worked in MENA region Excellent in food presentation/styling with proven record Has experience in western cuisine Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced kitchen. In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Creative mindset and a passion for culinary innovation. Effective communication skills to collaborate with staff and management. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
