This newly created Senior Patent Attorney opportunity is rare from both an in-house perspective and because of the scope and variety of work on offer. With expansion plans in motion and opportunities within both their central London and South Coast offices, they require an experienced Senior Patent Attorney circa 5 years PQE from the mechanical/electronics field. This newly created Senior Patent Attorney opportunity is rare from both an in-house perspective and because of the scope and variety of work on offer. This should not be overlooked if you are working in private practice and are drawn to a career in-house or you already hold an in-house role and are keen on a fresh challenge within an international FMCG business. Welcomed into the collaborative team, you will play a leading and integral part undertaking responsibilities such as invention mining/harvesting, drafting and counsel on potential risks posed by third party patents in relation to pipeline products.
