Role: Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst Location: Leeds Salary: 26,000:38,000 dependent on experience Additional Benefits: Van, 33 days annual leave, Paid travel Hours: Full: time, 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed Employment Type: Permanent Option to work this role on a freelance basis: GBP220:230 day An opportunity is available for an experienced Dual: Trained Asbestos Analyst/Surveyor to contribute significantly to the sectors growth. This opportunity arises from continued success and expansion plans within the organisation, Role Details and Responsibilities Perform a wide range of asbestos surveying and inspection tasks, encompassing management, refurbishment, demolition surveys, and evaluations of asbestos in the ground. Conduct air monitoring and airborne fibre counting. Inspect contractors remediation work, either approving removal efforts or rejecting unsatisfactory procedures as part of the 4SC process. Accurately gather factual and numerical site data using a phablet device to automatically generate high: quality reports Maintain familiarity with and adhere to all relevant asbestos legislation and guidance, including HSE and construction regulations. Demonstrate experience working within a UKAS accredited organization and proficiency with documents such as Lab 30 and RG8. Maintain personal QHSE documentation and comply with internal assurance processes. Provide clients with professional and courteous service, addressing inquiries and offering specialized advice and interpretations when necessary. Effectively communicate with clients, management, the Technical Support team, and fellow team members. Desired Qualifications and Traits for the Ideal Candidate Possession of BOHS P402, P403, and P404 qualifications, equivalent RSPH qualifications, or a Certificate of Competence.
