You will contribute to expert advice and guidance, providing excellent client care. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, or in a similar role Previous experience in managing the caseload of residential Conveyancing. Relevant Law Degree. Adaptability and client-focused approach. Responsibilities: Meet with clients to understand their property needs and provide legal advice. Conduct property searches to ensure there are no legal issues or disputes related to the property. Examine property titles to verify ownership and any restrictions on the property. Prepare legal documents, including contracts for the sale and purchase of properties. Negotiate property deals, terms, and conditions on behalf of clients. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property transactions. Represent clients in property-related matters, including attending meetings and court appearances if necessary.
