Food Service Manager – Central Production Unit - Dublin MLR are recruiting for a Food Service Manager to join a central production unit for one of Ireland leading Contracting Catering Companies based in Dublin. In this role you will oversee the production and delivery of over 1000 cold meals per day, you will also be highly involved in the training and development of an eager and passionate team. HACCP and food safety are very important factors to this role so someone with a good understand of both or someone coming from a Food Retail/ Supermarket or Delicatessens would be ideal.
