In this role, you will be responsible for processing billing invoices, maintaining accurate records of contracts and agreements, and ensuring timely payment collection.Responsibilities:- Generate and submit billing invoices to clients in a timely manner- Monitor and track payments to ensure timely collection- Review and confirm accuracy of billing information- Maintain detailed records of contracts and agreements- Assist in the preparation of contracts and agreements- Respond to billing inquiries and resolve any discrepancies- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing and contract details- Assist in month-end financial reporting processesQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred- 2+ years of experience in billing, contract management, or related field- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Familiarity with billing software and contract management systems is a plusIf you meet the qualifications above and are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
